📦 Returns & Refund Policy

Custom & Personalized Items Because our slate signs, mugs, and apparel are custom-made to your specific requirements, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer errors in ordering (such as spelling mistakes or wrong size selection).

Damages & Manufacturing Defects We stand behind our work! If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

To qualify for a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Email us at [Contact Form] within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Photos: We require clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior packaging for our insurance records.

  3. Exact Replacements Only: To maintain the integrity of our insurance claims and production process, replacements are sent as an exact duplicate of the original order. We cannot change designs, colors (e.g., swapping white paint for silver), or sizes on replacement items.

Exchanges (Non-Custom Items) If you purchased a non-personalized item and wish to exchange it for a different size, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost of the new item ($9.99). Items must be in original, unused condition.

Cancellations As we begin the design and production process immediately, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of the order being placed.
