Processing Time

Please note that different items have different creation times:

  • T-shirts and mugs typically ship within 1–2 business days

  • Handcrafted slate signs require 7–10 business days to ensure the highest quality

If your order contains multiple item types, your order may ship together once all items are ready. If you need items shipped separately, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship orders placed through our website to:

  • Canada

  • United States

Shipping to countries outside Canada and the United States is not available at checkout. International shipping may be offered by request only, based on destination, carrier availability, and tracked service options.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • $9.99 flat rate for all other items
    (T-shirts, mugs, slate signs, drinkware, and accessories)

FREE Shipping

  • All orders over $99 CAD ship FREE (Canada & US)

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for customers in Mount Pearl and surrounding areas.

Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.

Tracking & Delivery

Standard Shipping ($9.99)

  • Includes a tracking number

  • Tracking is emailed once your order ships

Economy Decal Shipping (FREE)

To keep costs low, vinyl decals ship via Canada Post Lettermail, which does not include tracking.

While delays are rare, Lettermail delivery may take 2–10 business days depending on your distance from Newfoundland.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped:

  • Canada: Typically 3–10 business days

  • United States: Typically 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

International Shipping (By Request Only)

If you are located outside Canada or the United States:

  • Shipping is not available at checkout

  • A manual shipping quote may be provided upon request

  • Tracking availability, delivery times, and costs vary by country

We reserve the right to decline shipping to regions where reliable tracked delivery is unavailable.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or delivery restrictions in the destination country, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
